This is the start of the project, and the goal of this phase is to define the project at a broad level. This phase usually begins with a business case. This is when you will research whether the project is feasible and if it should be undertaken.

The second phase is the mockup phase. During this time, we are designing your website from scratch in Photoshop, using the information we gathered from the questionnaire you filled out as well as our correspondence. The final approved mockup is exactly what will be developed in your website.

During the third phase, the development phase, the project plan is put into motion and the work of the project is performed. It is important to maintain control and communicate as needed during implementation. Progress is continuously monitored and appropriate adjustments are made and recorded as variances from the original plan.

During this phase, it is the responsibility of the client as much as we to discover any bugs that might exist. All good quality control involves more than one party to discover errors the other party may miss. Careful examination of your site on our test server. We try our best to get everything right from the start, but on occasion things slip through or are not apparent on our end, which is why we need your eyes as well.

The purpose of the deployment phase, is to put the product into production. After the project team tests the product, and the product passes each testing phase, the product is ready to ‘go live.’ This means that the product is ready to be used in a real environment by all end users of the product.
